We are located in Welbeck Street which is inside the London congestion charging zone. If you drive through the zone between the hours of 7 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, you will be charged unless you have an electric vehicle. The charge does not apply on public holidays.
There is limited meter parking in the area. You may therefore prefer to come by public transport.
If you are coming on the underground, we are a six minute walk from Oxford Circus and Bond Street tube stations.
In addition to our centre in Welbeck Street we also see patients at a variety of locations in central London and in the suburbs.
We do not give medical advice over the Internet, but if you live a long way away our doctors might be able to offer you a consultation over the telephone at a mutually convenient time. Please note that we make a charge for telephone consultations.

Very often during the course of your evaluation or treatment for your condition your doctor will need to do tests to determine the cause of a problem or to evaluate your progress. If not all the relevant information is available at the time of your appointment this may cause a delay in your treatment. In addition it may be necessary to repeat a study to complete your evaluation.
Please dress so that it is easy to examine your chest and abdomen. Loose fitting clothes, and for women, a separate top and bottom are advisable.
It is also a good idea to bring someone with you to the appointment. They can remind you of things you might forget to tell the doctor. They can also listen to the suggestions the doctor gives. It is quite usual not to remember everything, particularly if you are not feeling well. Another pair of ears can be very useful!
Telephone the office during business hours. Please cancel at least 2 days ahead so that your appointment time can be allocated to another patient who is seeking treatment. We reserve the right to charge for appointments that are not cancelled in good time. We understand that problems can occur and sometimes people have to cancel at short notice. We will try to be sensitive to your needs and in emergency situations, we will often waive the fee for the late cancellation.
Your time is valuable and we make every effort to run on time. We promise to see 80% of patients within 10 minutes of the appointment time offered.
As you can imagine, emergencies occur that cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise in advance if we keep you waiting.
Fast diagnosis and treatment leads to better outcomes for patients.
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is securely protected.
We are recognised by all major UK insurers. We also see self-funding patients. Please speak to our office staff for details.
